Hey there, so nice to meet you. I’m Teresa!

I am a certified personal trainer and holistic nutritionist. I am passionate about helping people liberate themselves from the societal norms and pressures of what a "healthy lifestyle" looks like.

 

I encourage you to view nutrition and training as not about what you should be doing, and instead empower you to honour your intuition while creating a realistic sustainable relationship with food and fitness. I'd love to help you implement simple tangible steps to get started with healthy and sustainable routines. I am passionate about nourishing your body with food and the right training.

When we first started working together I was at a low point in my life, I was feeling unwell mentally/physically and going through the issues with acne did not help my self image. I had seen multiple other health care practitioners but somehow always felt more confused and lost. In 6 months Teresa had helped me not only look amazing, but feel amazing.
